Please note, that usually, order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill.

All products are shipped from our US fulfillment center; therefore, customers from other countries will have to pay customs and import fees depending on their countries tax laws.

*Please be aware that there may be delays in the delivery due to customs-clearing processes.

Can I track my order? 

Once an order has been shipped, we will email you a confirmation email with the order tracking code. 

Where are your products shipped from?

All our products are manufactured in the US and all fulfillment is handled by our warehouse in Denver, CO.

Can I change/update the delivery address?

Changes to the delivery address cannot be made after an order is placed. Please check your orders carefully before confirming.

Can I use a forwarding service to order your products?

Yes, if we do not ship to your country but you would like to purchase our products you may use a mail forwarding service.
